Everyday, as we are still staying and living on our beloved planet Earth, we all will and gonna have to carry out some short of regular activities. No matter it was: sleeping, morning exercise, go to school, go to work, cooking, sleeping, dating your beloved one, doing office paper works and so on.

During social activities, with all the complex interaction environments we have to involve in, we are easily exposed to a stressfull environments, polluted air or water, being an active or passive smoker, inconsistent meals, lack of physical exercise, too much concentration and lack of relaxation.

We also knew that vitamins and minerals are vital elements and important sources for healthy living, and thus the best way to control free radical cell activities in our body.

We all experience to be bornt, grew up, aging, sick and die… A matter of life cycle.
