We are all sentient beings living on the planet called “Earth”, and living on this planet, as every other normal human beings will act, they will always pursuing the so called “A Better Live and Living”. And coincidentally, A better live and living, in the history of human kinds, never even once has been disassociated from the words “Income and Money”.

Hence, many were, spending their whole live, chasing for a better live and living, and yet ended up just to be broke and failure, wasting away their precious living and time.

Exercise 4:

Exercise Four

This exercise causes a pleasant stimulation throughout the meridians and the energies to flow from the groin and down to the legs.

Table Forming:
Sit comfortly on the floor (mattress) with your legs apart as the length of your shoulder, body erect, feet flexed, place palms flat on the floor next to both of your hips, fingers pointed toward your feet.
Tuck your chin forward against your chest gently. Now, tilt your head backward far enough it could go.

At the same time, bend your knees and push up to a “tabletop” position, arms straight. Let your head fall back gently.

As Computer Need Electricity, Our Body Need Nutrition to Stay Healthy

Everyday, as we are still staying and living on our beloved planet Earth, we all will and gonna have to carry out some short of regular activities. No matter it was: sleeping, morning exercise, go to school, go to work, cooking, sleeping, dating your beloved one, doing office paper works and so on.
